Data Reconciliation Engine

Data Reconciliation Engine is the data-quality foundation for every other Refinium module. It detects gross errors, reconciles mass and energy balances across plant meters, and identifies suspect instruments — preventing the bad data that costs refineries millions in margin give-away. If the inputs to LP, Yield Accounting, or Margin Analysis are wrong, every downstream answer is wrong. This module makes the data right.
